Does the high proportion of rental properties effect the neighbourhood in Ainslie?

The high proportion of rental properties means that there is possibly less of a sense of community due to the fact that people may not stay long term. As people do not know their neighbours it is easier for theft to occur which is backed up by the crime statistics for the area.
