Fuze implemented a new billing system three months ago. My last three bills have included charges billed and paid in previous months. It takes over a month to resolve each time. Numerous phone calls and emails have to be initiated because their customer service is so poor. I've never seen anything like it. Either the company is run by 12 year olds or monkeys. I'd call them a joke but it's not funny. Sheer hell dealing with them and their non responsiveness. Run far away from engaging in any business with this company.
Parts of Banksia Grove do struggle a little with available Interenet Service Providers but basically through the older areas, you have most of the standard options (i.e. Telstra, Optus etc) but all of the new homes being built are being built over a fiber optic network offering high speed internet to the homes. The only thing with this is that you are restricted to using FuzeConnect as a service provider (now called Fuzenet -www.fuzenet.com.au). However, from what I have heard people are generally very happy with their internet service. Hope this helps.
