"Beach at one end, train station at the other!"

Bay Street is the second most popular shopping strip in Brighton offering boutiques, independent cinema's, restaurants, The Brighton Hotel, great cafe's such as Moi - a French cafe, Rocksalt - a more generic cafe and a lovely little Mexican restaurant which is a must to try. The bar Mr. and Mrs P is also great for after work drinks and the independent cinema is next door. There are a number of apartments on the street and these attract downsizers because of the proximity to amenities. Further towards the beach expect some beautiful large homes on large blocks and with the beach at the end of the street, there is also a dog park which is very popular amongst dog owners.

"380 Degrees Brighton"

Two words sum up living in Brighton and it's landmark 380 Degrees apartment complex, ambience and accessibility. As a working couple of empty nesters the location of the unit in the heart of Bay Street's retail strip and transport hub was immediately appealing. The convenience of virtually everything you need at your doorstep is second to none with the station, shops, restaurants and parkland all within easy walking distance. The wrap around deck of our corner unit gives us views of early morning balloonists drifting across our eastern vista towards the Dandenong Ranges and dramatic sunsets across Port Phillip Bay to the west.
