I was pushed/forced by my financial situation to buy a property in beaconsfield. I did prefer to buy in Davton, Narre warren, Hampton park, Nobalepark and Dandenong. However now the option I have is to either purchase and build or cancel my booking. I have 2 very small kids. Should I buy here. If so tell me something impressive about this suburb to convince me. My wife and I work in Chadston and we have only one car. Old house and land in other suburbs are cheaper and closer to work. But in beaconsfield total land and home package is $425,000.
