I love our street. Its got a great vibe, excellent cafe's (good for breakfast and lunch and a drink after work....a little lacking for dinner tho)
I have a little baby and have seen a whole new suburb emerge that I never saw when I worked 9-6 its lovely and very neighbourly.
lots of young singles tho and a hub for first home buyers so demographic is young
