"Hard to believe were in suburbia"

I have lived in Perdita Street for a few years now and often sit out on my back deck and forget im in suburbia. The wonderful sounds of the birds in the morning and afternoon is so relaxing. I love the greenness of the suburb and the neighbourly spirit of everyone in our street. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Perdita Street to anyone.
Pros
  • Quietness, greenery, birds and neighbours
Cons
  • stuggle to find any - cant find any!

Jennyd
Jennyd Looking for a long term lease rental accom, and found a home in Redgum Court..can anyone tell me whether ADSL Broadband is available in this area...? very important, as we're now living on 8 acres at Buccan( Logan area) and are on Satellite which is very expensive and very inefficient to our needs..also do buses regularly service this area...any help would be very helpful ((*_*))

Mojojojo We are with Telstra and have ADSL2 which supports 3 xboxs, 3 laptops and 2 desktops not to mention the Ipods etc (alot of teens in our home!). We dont generally have issues with our internet. Bus services aren't the best but not the worst. My kids use the public transport system, our only complaint would be a more regular service. Hope this helps!!

"Great for a family"

I lived in Bellbird Park for 2 years before moving to RBP. I loved it, and found it to to be a great place to be with two small children. My kids loved their daycare centre, our neighbours were great and it was nice and quiet at night. Overall, I was very impressed. We had some minor issues with spiders but the real estate agent had a pest treatment done and it did the trick!

"Listen to the bellbirds....."

I have lived and worked in and around this leafy suburb for many years. The suburb has all amenities and is an excellent choice for first home buyers and families looking for excellent value for money homes. The suburb has a large diversity from small allotments to large acreage. Only minutes to the Orion shopping centre which is set to be the largest one of it's kind in the southern hemisphere. Close to the Goodna train station and shops. Approximately 25 klms to Brisbane City and less than 15 klms to Ipswich City Centre.
