What's a good and peaceful place for a high school student to live in Brisbane?

Looking moving from Melbourne south eastern suburbs to Queensland .

Private school? Inner City Home?

Without and further prompting I would suggest Kelvin Groove, Red Hill, Spring Hill and Paddington as all are not too far from Bus or Train and are close to a number of private and Public schools. Housing starts from $800K (although there is a three bedder coming up in Belgrave Street for $589K - 171 sqm block
