Is on the hill in Buderim a good place to live?
Looking to buy a dual living investment property on S.C. and thought Buderim might be good - 4km to Uni - thought good to be close to, but not in, Sippy Downs to attract wider rental market(?) , close to good schools, good reputation, central to everything. Good capital growth potential?? Does anyone have any thoughts please?Question asked via Homely.com.au The opinions expressed here are those of the individual and not those of Ray White.
