The Mirrabooka side of Dianella has million dollar homes, much like the Yokine Golf course pocket known as the "Golden Triangle." Mirrabooka cops a bit of a bad rap, but I quite enjoy shopping at Mirrabooka Square. The shopping Centre is frequented by a high level of ethnic clientele, but it less busy and very spacious inside. Having Kmart and Big W in the same shop is also a bonus. The Morley side of Dianella is cheaper (Morley has a lower median home price than Dianella), and tends to have a higher number of duplexes, unit complexes and sub-divided properties (one home in front, one home in back).
