"Drewvale - the best of ALL worlds!"

Drewvale really has the best of ALL worlds – close to shopping centres and schools, and with several parks and playgrounds whilst also bordering natural bushland.

Drewvale offers peaceful and tranquil living yet also providing harmonious connection with major highways and roads.

Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away, whether it be schools, child care centres or the local aged care facility. Take you pick from the shopping centres nearby, enjoy a short 3 min drive to the Grand Plaza shopping centre or the local Calamvale shops.

The suburb is conveniently split into two areas. This allows the suburb to have beautifully maintained and serene estates.

With ever growing public transport routes, the suburb is getting more attractive for young couples and working professionals.

A truly lovely place to call home.

"We Love it in Drewvale and you will too!"

Having moved into Macquarie Park Estate in Drewvale approx 6 years ago, we love the location and the facilities all located just minutes from our estate.
Just located in the Brisbane City Council this tuly is a fantastic spot to live and raise a family. With Parks and natural bushland located throughout the area this is a place anyone will find easy to call home.
Working just at Browns Plains for Primeland Real Estate my families owned and operated local independent company, for the past decade. I understand the Real Estate in the local area and would love to help more people move into our lovely location. But with new land in shortage the main option for people to secure a home is to purchase an established one. The problem being not too many people move out of Drewvale, however recent strong capital growth is now making it feasible for some families to do so.

"Drewvale - The place to call home"

I moved here nearly 5 years ago, im now building another home in Drewvale as we love the area that much. It's so central to all things needed - a 2 min drive to all major freeways, a 3 min drive to major shopping centres & restuarants. Illaweena Gardens has Public Transport. You will also be living in the Stretton College Catchment Zone.

I also sell Real Estate in Drewvale and have now for near on 3 years, and i can tell you that the continual growth that Drewvale has had in the past 2 years is fantastic and in some areas is out selling surrounding suburbs.

Drewvale is surrounded by lush parks, walking tracks and natural bushland it really is a great place to live and raise a family.

"What Area's Are In The Stretton College Catchment Zone"

Ok i want to talk about what parts of Drewvale are in the actual Stretton College Catchment Zone.

All of Illaweena Gardens & Waterstone Estate are - these 2 estates are in walking distance of Stretton College.

Macquarie Park - now this entire estate is in the catchment, where it ends is at No 58 Hume St Drewvale, this is where both estate's Macquarie Park & Trinity Green met. Any property past this address is NOT in the Stretton College.

Trinity Green is the newest and last stage of Drewvale to be built in, however at this point it is not in the catchment. We are trying to get this changed as many residents find it unfair.

For children living in Macquarie Park there is local bus that picks the children up from the park on Macquarie Way at approx 8:05am - the bus will also drop of in the afternoon.

I hope this answer's some of your questions about Drewvale & Stretton College.
