As far as safety is concerned, Eagleby is as safe as anywhere else in Logan City. In regard to the current crime rate & break-ins, around 20% of Queenslanders have been broken into & a lot of the time it can be prevented by not leaving valuable items, car keys or wallets near open doors or windows where an opportunity presents itself. They say around 25% of those who have been robbed were actually at home when the theft occurred. It's a good practice to keep your screen doors locked even when you are watching TV or working around your home. There are less desirable areas in every suburb, but generally speaking, you can see by driving around an area, where the properties are well looked after or neglected, & where to steer clear of. The website 'My Police Logan' can give you an overview of the major crime areas in Logan City.

i have lived in Eagleby for 3 years. I know of a neighbour that has lived there for 29 years.
Great place certainly underrated.
9 kilometers to Hyperdome one of the best and biggest shopping centrs, central to both Brisbane and the gold coast.
express train 2 kilometres away ,always stops at Beenleigh railway station. Real estate so,so cheap and just cannot understand why.Soon people will wake up.
