There is Elwood Primary School and a Catholic primary school called St Columba.
St Columba has a good reputation, is very small and has a lovely church attached to it. I only know of two children who went there and enjoyed it.
Elwood Primary is an excellent school that is large and has a great transition program for children preparing for Prep. I know of many children who have attended and really loved it. The teachers are very dedicated, genuine and supportive. Many parents rave about the school and how community minded it is.

Not sure when this question was posted, our daughter has just started at Elwood Primary and we think it's fantastic. Very friendly and well organised.
