Fern Bay has it all....

Coastal living, public transport, public schools and renowned high schools close distance back into Newcastle. Local parks, playgrounds and recreation parks. Live the relaxed lifestyle with bush walking, surfing, fishing and golf.

Rental returns will vary depending on property, I would always recommend a comparable market appraisal to determine estimated rental return.
