The blocks range in size. Though Fig Tree Pocket is designated as low density in the Brisbane City Plan. I think the smallest can only be about 600m and they increase in size from there. For example our house is on an 1800m block. The main thing is that apartments, townhouses and duplexes (I think) cannot be developed in this suburb. This was important to us when we purchased here as our previous home for 20 years in Moorooka was being surrounded by ugly and cheaply built 6 pack unit blocks and so it was time to get out.
