Why are there so many waterfront properties for sale in Forster?

Perhaps there are a lot of baby boomers who are retiring and selling up for their super or touring around the country in their winnebago!

lindathomas2012 Thankyou for your comment and I think you are correct! We have just returned from holidays up there and did a bit of research of the area while there as we plan a retirement move to Forster in the near future.

There are lot of properties generally for sale in Forster. Think carefully before buying because if you ever want to sell, especially in a hurry, it can be a nightmare. I know this from personal experience.

lindathomas2012 Thanks Kerasita for sharing your experience. We had noticed that the market for selling in that area can be very slow. As much as we love Forster as a holiday destination we have decided to look further north for our retirement sea change.
