What are the best pockets of Frankston North?

Hi everyone, I'm currently in the market to purchase my first property in Frankston North. My aim is to hold onto the property for around 5 - 10 years to see it gain capital growth and potentially subdivide in the future if viable. I was originally looking at Frankston however with the rising growth I have been priced out. I'm hoping to get some advice on which parts of Frankston north are safer/a better investment. I'm looking to live there for the first year or 2 so would like to feel comfortable.
Does anyone have any recommendations of whether it is best to buy near the pines or on the northern end near Ballarto road of Frankston North. Would love to hear your advice :)

Hi there Rachelc26, If Your Looking for a Great side of Frankston North, I highly recommend that You keep to the McDonalds Side of Frankston North, as It's probably the Higher end of that part, as most of the Homes are not made of Fibre cement &You'll get a much better quality Home as Most on that end are brick Homes & We have Two Homes that we rent out & get Good Rental returns.
happy Hunting, & I do Hope that I have helped You Rachel?

Hi Rachel,
Actually Frankston North has changed a lot to the positivedirection. According to your plans, maybe look for a well located, larger land, near school, shops, public transport; visit the streets during the day and night as well; see the condition of the houses and gardens in the street; talk to people who walk their dogs. You may get a feeling about a street or an area, just wandering around. I like the streets around Wirilda Pre-School. Good luck!
