I especially like Longleaf Street due to it's proximity to the park, the big blocks, nicer houses and the general tree lined appearance.
It's also in the nicer part of Frankston North and is relatively quiet. If you could get two blocks next to each other in this street, hold for a year or two then build some townhouses you'd definitely be onto a winner! Great Street!
As an estate agent and a local, any street in the division is an excellent choice for an IP. Price for FN have increased year on year and are now breaking the late $300's to early $400's. Your return will be subject to the condition and renovation of the property. What i have found from living in the area is that its given an unfair reputation and id suggest this might be based on the stigma from many years ago.
