What is Longleaf Street like for a potential IP?

Hi Dean,

As an estate agent and a local, any street in the division is an excellent choice for an IP. Price for FN have increased year on year and are now breaking the late $300's to early $400's. Your return will be subject to the condition and renovation of the property. What i have found from living in the area is that its given an unfair reputation and id suggest this might be based on the stigma from many years ago.
