"Personal Piece of Paradise - Glenning Valley"

Situated on the Central Coast of NSW the suburb of Glenning Valley has remained a favourite with buyers for many years because of its modern housing estate and relaxed country acreages. The suburb is located approx 15min from the M1 exit at Tuggerah and Tuggerah Station, longer in peak hour.
A wide cross section of couples and families are being attracted by the value packed prices and closeness to beaches and lakefront yet central to many amenities. Homemakers are looking for more modern family lifestyle that this estate offers. Homes are mostly brick veneer with well kept streets, landscaped gardens and some unusual shaped blocks. As Glenning Valley is undulating some homes offer fabulous views of bushland as well as Tuggerah Lake. Well serviced by Chittaway Bay Shopping Centre and shops along Lakedge Ave, Berkeley Vale with major shopping at Tuggerah Westfields and Bay Village Shopping Centre.
Attracting homebuyers eager to make the most of the outdoor lifestyle, Glenning Valley has access to plenty of bike and walk ways close by especially the scenic walkways along Berkeley Vale's lakedge. A gym, athletics grounds and swimming pool complex at nearby Mingara Recreational Club plus restaurants and entertainment. Only 10 minutes to pristine beaches and spectacular golf course of Shelly Beach.
Surrounding the housing estate are sought after small acreages, beautiful bushland and natural beauty. A long care child centre is on the corner of Toona and Bottlebrush Rd. A Berkeley Vale Community High School is local on Berkeley Rd with good primary schools at Berkeley Vale and Chittaway Bay. With busy Wyong Road on one side of Glenning Valley transport is not a problem.

This beautiful family oriented community really offers a personal piece of paradise.

"Glenning Rd Glenning Valley"

Where do you start..
Fantastic place to live immersed in a natural environment, yet close enough to all the mod cons of urban life so if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle of suburbia this is the place to be. The valley has a unique position on the coast where you are 5 - 10 minutes from the best beaches, the best shopping , the freeway , schools and the University BUT you are in the middle of the country. The valley is perfect for getting on that horse or bike and it has an abundance of native wildlife and native plants, a must for the nature lover. With all of the infrastructure in place within minutes, why wouldn't you like to settle here. A touch of paradise where you can also have a city life.
