Goulburn has a summer temperature similar to Sydney, but not as humid. Goulburn is a very livable city with a high level of services, shops and schools. Its strong economy is driven by agriculture, mining, services, distribution, retail, construction and its proximity of one hour to Canberra and two hours to Sydney. You can do 98% of what you need to do in less than 10 minutes drive and no traffic. Goulburnians are very down to earth and as a community are welcoming of other cultures. There are a number of private and public schools in Goulburn. There is a very busy mile long country style main street and two malls. Behind this is a range of services and new stores such as Bunnings and Target have opened in the last year. As the developer I am happy to show you around Goulburn, meet the builder and visit the site. Call Shellie or myself, Graham Irving on 0429995738.
