Want to live on acreage but still need to travel in to the city for work.

Looking at Princeton Park & Elizabeth Park areas of Greenbank as there is a City Express Bus exchange there. Anyone have any reviews or suggestions??

I work in the city but I have never caught a bus from here as they dont run with my work hours, I am a shift worker, the drive can take between 35mins to 1 hour
depending on the traffic, There are buses from browns plains and park ridge,Sadly greenbank lacks any bus service at all. Springfield will have a train link in the next few years so to buy closer to springfield might be a better option and springfield is becoming the preferred place to shop and do buisness for many greenbank residents, there is alot of very cheap acerage homes on Ison rd side of greenbank only minutes drive from springfield.

My preference would be Greenbank for acerage close to the city. Another few options might be Mount Crosby however the acerage sizes are much smaller than what is on offer at Greenbank.
Another alternative is a bit further out but on the trainline, try looking west of Ipswich. The train now runs express from Darra to Roma Street only stopping at Indro so it might be worth a look.

Try Priestdale. No traffic to get you onto the highway to head into the city. It will get you home sooner and in a great location for the family to grow up.
