"Perfect"

Love the location:
I am living there for 12 years, with kids and all.
Trams direct to art precinct , CBD and university.
6 min walk from beach... ideal for picnic after work on the shore.
5 min walk from library, botanical garden, Luna park, french Alliance, jewish childcares and schools... Carlisle st, Ackland st... Aldi...
Best bakery in town: 1 min walk.
Excellent restaurants around.
Never boring.

"Groovy Greeves!"

I currently live in Greeves St, St Kilda and find it to be an excellent street. It does not have the traffic and noise that Barkly St or Grey St has and other areas of St Kilda, yet is less than a 5 min walk to Acland/Fitzroy St, Luna Park, the beach, fantastic shopping, pubs and restaurants.

It's a very safe environment because there is always a lot of foot traffic and it's very well lit at night with the council recently upgrading all the lighting in the whole street.

The proximity to the city, the beach, entertainment and restaurants is second to none and you could never get bored here. Based on this alone, you couldn't get better value or entertainment anywhere else in Melbourne!
