"Something for everyone!"

Hamilton is a great suburb for everyone. It is a quirky mix of suburbia, hipsters, eccentric Beaumont street and lovely tree lined wide streets. Hamilton is on the outskirts of Newcastle CBD, making it a very central position only a short drive to the beach, honeysuckle precinct, market town shopping centre and local schools. Beaumont street is the main street and is a mixture of dining, vintage shopping, heritage pubs and trendy coffee spots. A great suburb for everyone.

"Perfect Location and close proximity to Newcastle CBD"

Local business, public school, lots of restaurants, retail shops with sporting and recreational facilities available for all. Close proximity back into Newcastle CBD.

Rental returns will vary depending on investment property, I would always recommend a comparable market appraisal to determine estimated rental return.
