"Easily accessible with country atmosphere."

There is a real sense of community here. Even though having bigger blocks means we are technically further from our neighbours than most estates, the open style fencing has meant that we talk to our neighbours more than we ever did living in other areas. There are always people out walking their dog, riding with their kids, exercising or gardening and everyone says 'Hello'. It's beautiful. Not only are the natural views are breathtaking but most home owners here take real pride in their homes and gardens. I think that the best way to describe it is to say that the sky just seems bigger. Seem odd to say but, sit outside here one night (as a lot of residents do) and you'd be able to understand what I am trying to express. Best move that we ever made.............. happy to say that this is our 'forever home.'

"Going and growing fast"

An area unbeknown to most, it is now selling fast as it is one of the last acreage spots close to Melbourne.

A quiet area, the way it is separated by 2 gorges and the highway makes it similar to an island. One way in and out.
It has a great community sprirt and so far is mainly locals who have moved in, now we are starting to see professionals enter the market.

Once the free-way bypass is completed and the off ramps are in, this will be a place to be.

The Deer Park bypass has already made it much closer to the city.

It is an area for people with cars and a hands on approach as acreage does generate some work.
For services Melton and Bacchus Marsh are the key centres, Bacchus Marsh having a great lifestyle when you want to eat out or get great fruit and veg.
