"Joyful Joslin!"

Location, Location!

If you want to live as close to St. Peters as possible but not pay such a high price for property, Joslin is your next suburb!

Close to great schools such at St. Peters College, Trinity Gardens, Norwood Primary, Marden Senior College, Prince Alfred College and Black Friars School.

Only minutes to the CBD, Adelaide University and The University of South Australia.

Plenty of restaurants, parks and public transport at your finger tips!

"If you want green, this is the spot"

Wide streets, Linear park and close to the city this suburb has a lot to offer. And it has the price tag to match.

There is a good blend of old houses and new old looking houses and units in Joslin so there is a bit for everyone. You will be sure to find what you want, just be prepared to pay for it.

There are plenty of parks and Linear Park is close by for a run, walk or ride. It is one of the greenest areas around along with neighbouring St Peters.

The city is within walking distance, as are some good pubs and specialty shops.

The down side for me is the units and apartments have been done in a very unappealing and unattractive cream brick. The plus side is they are usally well hidden behind some great trees.

There is good public transport being so close to the city. But, why bus when you can walk along Linear Park?
