Hi Rodney, Kallangur is a big suburb and there are 8 distinct residential precincts. Good areas to buy are generally more elevated and you get sea breezes from the bay. There are quite a few ridge lines around Kallangur offering nice views e.g. around Butterfly Drive, MacArthur Drive, Goshawk Drive, etc. Kallangur also has a good amount of park land. Most of the precincts have good proximity to schools and the suburb has the unique benefit of having two rail lines (Caboolture line servicing Dakabin station and Redcliffe line servicing Kallangur station). Public transport has improved massively in the past 3 years. I've attached a link to a recent research report we completed for our clients https://tinyurl.com/Kallangurhotspot. Please call me on 0438 115 550 or email sean@affinityproperty.net.au if you would like any more information. Kind regards, Sean
