"Kensington- Hidden Gem"

A small inner city suburb that won't take anymore than 10 minutes to get anywhere! It is safe and wealthy yet affordable too! Friendly community and great facilities make it one of the best suburbs in Perth.

"Close to everything"

Love the place...its close to absolutely everything. The neighbors are friendly and the primary school is good. Very expensive to rent in the area if you are comparing to Sydney (where we came from) but if you work in the city and have kids you could not choose a better suburb considering location, school, parks, shopping, etc. For the singles who want nightlife, Kensington is 5 minutes to the city by car during the night and public transport works. :-)

"So close to everything"

I have lived in Kensington for 10 years on and off and love the area, everything is so close, shops, good restaurants and take away places. My kids both went to Kensington Primary, great school we also have a pre-primary. Lots of young families and a nice park with a play ground.

Ideal area for young executive couple, the city is only 5 mins by car and public transport is easily. The freeway also 5 mins to go either north or south.

DarrylParvin 126th? That's just because no-one knows where it is. It's a hidden gem but it's not cheap...
