How to find homes for sale listed 2 weeks a ago, none this week in Launceston?

No matter what I do, I can only find Australian homes on Homely.com.au in my current zip code where we don't want to live.

Two homes Mates and I liked listed on Homely in Launceston cannot be found. Domain and realestate.com.au never listed them. However a Victorian real estate agency had them listed in Launceston/Newnland. Thanks

Hi Sharon, thanks for your questions. I am a Launceston TAS buyer now in a short term rental until I can find a home to buy in the Launceston region.

Homely.com is very annoying only sending Sydney CBD rental properties in response for homes with land in Launceston. I tried to cancel my subscription to Homely, no luck. When I phoned Homely help in May. I was told in a few weeks the problem might be solved. It's July 3rd and the problem continues.

Duncan, I appreciate your offer of help to correct Homely's glitch.

I did find by asking residents in the vicinity where the two horse farm properties were located that were sold shortly after listing. If Realestat.com or Domain listed them during the window a couple mates and I surely were unsuccessful in finding the listings.

Word of mouth takes more time. We hope to find something by September, 2015.

Dear John,
It seems odd that you cannot find your home on Domain and Realestate.com, if you signed up to place your property on those websites.
From your email it is hard to discern as to whether your are a seller or a buyer.
Homely is not as widely used as Realestate.com or Domain.
regards Sharon Fahey.
