"A Suburb containing all amenities!"

Leda is my 3rd Preference to live in the Kwinana Area in Perth! There are lots of Schools, Dining Options, Parks & Reserves as well as Public Transport Options & is close to heaps of attractions at Kwinana & Rockingham!

"A Great place to live, epecially for families."

This is great place, peaceful and away from CBD yet connected to CBD via public transport. New private school is one of the best in WA and the fees is not very high either. Other public schools are catching up. New aquatic center, shopping, railway station are just 2 mins drive. Beach and Rockingham city center is within 5 - 8 mins drive. Propery prices are low at the moment but surely will pick up soon as the new shopping center will open and double rood approach to freeway comes. Rental income is great (about 5.5 %) No other place has this type of income in Perth. With next cut in interest rate - this will be- no out of pocket expense investment proposition. We love it.
