In Brisbane you can keep two dogs per residence without a permit. If you want to keep more than two dogs, with a maximum of four dogs per residence, you will need to apply for a permit. To find out more about applying for a permit, refer to permit to keep dogs or contact Council.

DotM1 Thank you for that but what we need is at least a 20 dog kennel licence as we are regisiter dog breeders looking to buy a property no more than 2 hours from Brisbane as we have a little bub that has to be close to lady Cilento hospital so if anyone knows of something around $400.000 we would be grateful
