"Green and Clean"

Close to city commute, plenty of local employment. Green and friendly neighbourhoods where people do knoe each other. Facilities are great - food, shops, hospitals, uni , public transport.

"Close proximity to Macquarie University, hospital, etc. but not much to do in actual suburb."

In relation to proximity to amenities in neighbouring suburbs, Marsfield has to rank as amongst some of the best in the north-west. However, in the actual suburb itself, there aren't a wide range of shopping and dining options, and greenery is not exactly in abundance unlike nearby Chatswood and Ryde. I would state that this is a suburb suitable for family living and perhaps university students (for attending Macquarie University). There isn't a train station at Marsfield that I'm aware of, but there are frequent busses to Epping and Macquarie University, so transport to different regions of Greater Sydney and inter-city shouldn't be all too challenging.

"Great suburb and close to everything"

Marsfield is a great suburb and has a lot to offer. Location is excellent where it is closed to Macquarie University, Shopping Center and Macquarie business park. It has good public schools (Kents Rd Public and Epping Boys) and is closed to Macquaire Uni Metro station. In addition it is not as busy as nearby suburbs such as Eastwood so you can enjoy a quite while convenient life living in the suburb.

"Up and coming"

Marsfield, especially the areas close to Macquarie University, is fantastic, with a great social mix - lots of students, mainly Asian. Very cosmopolitan, with lots of young families too. The proximity to the ever growing Macquarie Park business area, the new Macquarie Uni Hospital, the new train station, the upgraded and expanded shopping centre from 2014, the new stylish apartment buildings (Macquarie Central, 88 Talavera) - all these are indicators that this area is in for long term growth.

"Great location with a lot to offer."

Macquarie University, Macquarie Shopping Centre, many sporting fields, these are just some of the things that Marsfield has to offer or is close proximity to. Marsfield is very leafy and quite in most area's which make's this suburb a very nice place to think about living.
