Most expensive homes in Melbourne

Melbourne has some of the most expensive homes in the world per capita and with the recent announcement of some high profile sales I thought it would be a great idea to get everyone's thoughts on the top homes whether they have sold or not. Some of the prices can only be based on speculation but here goes!

If you have any candidates for the list let me know and I will update it.

Armadale
2-6 Flete Avenue, about $14 million
The property at 2-6 Flete Avenue was bought from the Yooralla Society of Victoria, which was using the building as a care facility.
The subdivided part of the land and sold it for $2 million. and the remainder of the estate, which includes a fully renovated homestead, landscaped gardens and a tennis court, on the market, sold for a rumoured $14 million in an off-market deal brokered by Kay & Burton's Ross Savas.
The property remains one of the biggest land holdings in Armadale.

We have a new leader! The biggest home ever in Australia is now complete at 39 St Georges Rd Toorak is now complete. It is a replica of Marble House in Newport, Rhode Island. Amazing. Estimates value the land at $20 million, house at $40 million. See this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5cyEw7DU1Y
