No. 12- a three storey mansion $12.08 million (as of 2015 current record for suburb)
No. 37- a French chateau style home $12 million
No. 46- off market $10.25 million
No. 19- two storey house with tennis court & swimming pool $9.226 million
No. 39- former Hamer estate $8.65 million

On Mont Albert Road:
No. 133- $10.6 million
No. 158- $7.5 million
No. 129- $7.5 million
No. 126- $6.66 million

No. 164- $5.9 million
No. 168- $4.8 million

Sales aside, the point I want to know is this: Are both Monomeath Avenue & Mont Albert Road in Canterbury popular with wealthy Chinese buyers & families, both within Australia & offshore?
