For people in the South-East I know of ANZAC Day dawn services happening at the East Malvern RSLat 6am, Mentone RSL at 6am and Hampton RSL at 5:45am. All Followed by breakfast or refreshments for a gold coin donation.

There's also an ANZAC Day Commemoration Service and march from 8:40am starting from Mentone WWI Memorial Park, next to Council Chambers.
