"Welcome to amazing Monterey"

Monterey is located approx 15km from Sydney C.B.D, Monterey sits on the western shores of Botany Bay. Lady Robinson Beach and Cook Park run along the eastern border. Scarborough Park, which features a pond, runs along the western border. The suburb is mostly residential with a small group of shops on Chuter Avenue, near the intersection of Scarborough Street.
Monterey is an exclusive and very tightly held suburb on the peninsular and provides many of the facilities that near by Brighton-Le-Sands embodies, but in a much quieter atmosphere.
Monterey is such a clean “Green and Blue” suburb with ample parklands and beach’s, there are many million dollar+ mansions in the privileged streets that run off the “Grand Parade” such as Burlington, Hollywood, Pasadena, Culver and other streets.
2009 has seen for enormous capital growth gains in this suburb, where a modest 3 Bedroom older style dwelling on an average block is always expected to sell for around a million dollars, expect to pay around $800,000 for a 2 Bedroom semi home.
