"Superb Lifestyle"

Close to the city for a place so relaxing, great after a day at the office you can relax and unwind.

Good local shops at One Tree Hill centre. Friendly atmosphere and close to Tea Tree Gully and shoppping malls. Yet still hidden in the country.

Values are rising and the area is getting more expensive. However, when you view a property and enjoy the scenery then you will probably want to live here. Have some friends living hear and they love it.

"Great little town not too far from the bright city lights"

A quaint little town well out from central Adelaide this is the spot for a tree change. You are more likely to see a roo on your travels than youngsters looking for trouble.

A great spot for retirees and families with young children. But it’s not for people with older kids as they'll get bored.

The closest major shops are at Elizabeth and Tea Tree Plaza and the places to eat are a bit of a drive away too. However, One Tree Hill is a good spot to be for me.

While you can get some places on standard blocks a lot of places in the area are likely to come with a bit of land so be prepared for the upkeep and stay alert to bushfires.

One Tree Hill has also become popular recently with wineries planting vines, making for a lovely site. Public transport is non-existent out here so the only way into the city is to drive or to drive to Tea Tree Plaza and the obahn.
