"Peaceful and safe place for family."

I am living in Parafield gardens for more than a year now. I haven't seen any problems like other suburbs. My neighbourhood is nice and we have casual interaction. The suburb is beautiful and many families from different background are living here. This may also be due to a University and technology park next to this suburb.
Highly recommended!

"Always in demand"

As a local area specialist it is encouraging to see the strong buyer demand for properties in Parafield Gardens. It's a well established surburb with lots to offer and quick access to the City and beyond via the Salisbury Highway or Pt. Wakefield Road.
