The area has a strong Indian and srilankan community which keeps the area quite family friendly because they all look after one another. Also in the areas that used to have bogans/junkies or delinquent youths have moved on for 2 reasons;
1) The government housing is old and most in disrepair (makes the area cheep in some spots) but the government have ether sold them off or relocated the tenants and redeveloped.
2) The Indian and srilankan community just took their spot where they used to hang out lol and they sit there all day looking after children/talking about I don’t know what.
This biggest challenge is understanding them but they very polite (must be part of their culture) Not sure if this helps.
