I'm looking for a place to settle in Penrith.

I have school aged children and would like an area which are safe with good primary school. Most of the replies here are one to two years' old, are they still valid now?

Hi Zeffies,

Could I ask you a question as to the reasons behind choosing the Penrith area as your preferred Location?

The reason I ask, Is here in the Glenmore Park area; a few minutes from Penrith, we would definitely have everything you require and much more.

Glenmore Park is a very popular family orientated suburb, offering; 3 highly recommendable Primary Schools, 2 exceptional High Schools and has pre-schools/nurseries in abundance; all within easy reach; making Glenmore Park an attractive educational hotspot.

With this benefit I would think you wouldn't have to worry about moving again anytime soon :).

Furthermore. Glenmore Park has its own shopping centre, with plans to expand imminently; great parks, walkways and football fields, as well as many more activities for the kids to use up all that extra energy they seem to always have.

Glenmore Park has a very warm, family friendly, community binding atmosphere, so much so that I'm sure once you've sampled Glenmore Park, it will make it a hard decision for you to say no too.

So please consider Glenmore Park, I highly recommend it for your needs.

Happy House Hunting..
