Reservoir

I've been hearing a lot about reservoir lately. It's made the herald sun again for a start up place for young professionals & most auctions. Houses hitting the high 900s...crime rate down & demographics changing....11km from the CBD.

What do you people think as an investment or first home?

If your wanting all the benefits of an established suburb Reservoir is a wonderful place to live. You have a variety of restaurants, cafes and eateries along with local schools and my favourite Edwardes Park Lake. I've had many clients purchase off me and they have never looked back. Not many suburbs have choice of a Tram and Train along with local buses that can get you anywhere and the CBD is an easy commute via Metro Ring Road.
