Absolutely love Rose Bay... such a beautiful, family friendly and convenient place to live. Cannot find a better option with the choice of good educational facilities for children, beautiful views, close proximity to the city.

"Rose Bay - where it's all happening"

Rose Bay, a prestigious waterside suburb of Sydney, is just 7 kilometres east of the CBD. It has a population of about 8,700 of whom 20% are under18 and 20% are over 60.

It is a great place to live if you can afford it. It is close to the city, offers lots of sporting activities and wonderful views.

Home units and villa units outnumber individual houses and the average price of a dwelling in Rose Bay is $2,000,000.

Kids are well catered for. There is the Rose Bay Primary School established in 1891, the Rose Bay Secondary College established in 2004 after the amalgamation of three local high schools, Kambala – a private Anglican school for girls, Kincoppal-Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart – a private Catholic girls school, and the prep school for Cranbrook.

Sporting interests are looked after well. Apart from water activities which abound, there are two golf clubs. Firstly there is the Royal Sydney Golf Club – a championship course of 27 holes for members only. This is a world renowned course. This Club not only offers golf but also lawn bowls, croquet, tennis and squash. There is also the Woollahra Golf Club of 9 holes which is open to the public.

Rose Bay is a great place to visit and have fun and would be an ideal place to live if you could afford it!

"A picturesque and popular spot, with sweeping views of Sydney Harbour"

Beautiful Rose Bay - just 6 kilometres to the east of Sydney. With many grand waterfront properties, many with cutting edge designs, this location definitely comes with a hefty price tag.

However the suburb also offers a large number of apartment blocks and high rise living. Popular with young professionals, this area is a good spot to commute to the CBD.

This area offers a huge number of recreational activities. Golf and sailing are both particularly popular here.

"Beautiful suburb in Sydney"

Rose Bay’s location reflects its name with beautiful water access and views of the city. With that come two of the most prestigious private girls schools in the area - Kincoppal and Kambala. These schools are located along New South Head Road. Driving up the road, the private schools look like castles and have the best facilities for the local area. New South Head Road itself is rather windy and takes getting used to when driving. This is especially when every second that you drive along the road, you want to turn your head and admire Sydney’s best views. The golf courses in Rose Bay allow the rich to pass away their time in class.
