"Quiet, Green and Spacious"

I've lived in the suburb for about seven years after buying my first home here, was the best investment ever as the property was a great price for a fantastic building on a large block of land, and the appreciation of its value has been fantastic. My dog loves my large backyard and the nearby parks and ovals all in walking distance and are very spacious. The streets are tree lined and houses are spaced apart enough to give privacy and peace. Salisbury Council is a very progressive council and rates are cheap. I do my shopping up the hill at the gorgeous Golden Grove shops and I have everything I need within a short driving distance. The people who live in the neighbourhood are friendly but keep to themselves, unfortunately there are two houses close by that have had occupants of a less than desirable nature but I have lived in affluent suburbs like St Peters and Tranmere and had the same experience there, always one bad apple in a bunch! The only other negative is that due to the spacious and nearby parks, the occasional idiot like to set fireworks off, but that is not the norm thank god. So don't let the name 'Salisbury' put you off, this suburb is fantastic, and well worth investing or renting in for singles, couples and families alike :)

"Room With a View"

Enjoy stunning views of city night lights and sunny, luscious greenery!

Salisbury Heights is a great location, quiet and peaceful yet only minutes from the Golden Grove Village. With works to start on the new Foodland Shopping Centre on the corner of Main North and Saints Road, local shopping truly is local!

From sturdy 2 bedroom units to stunning enormous homes built on acreage, the price can range from $250,000 to $1.2 million on the exclusive Coomurra Drive.

"Best Suburb in the North!"

Beautiful place to grow up! Salisbury Heights is the best suburb in the north - it's quiet, safe, affordable and has million dollar views. There is something to suit everyone's budget: the smaller homes (ie: those in St Albans estate, or on the 'flat' near the primary school) in the lower end of the price bracket but still have plenty of room for a family, while the larger homes offer bigger blocks, grander living and lots and lots of room.

"Position and peace"

Quiet and peaceful, yet in a great central location bordering Parafields just minutes away, central to Elizabeth but far enough away, and also very close driving to Golden Grove and Tea Tree Plaza.

Overall in a perfect spot, most properties are set high on the hill, so most enjoy great views of either greenery or the city and night lights.

Value for money, homes are usually 1980's build and although not as 'pretty' as say newer homes make up for this in size usually larger than the average home. Some very expensive homes in the mix only helping the area to retain full value on resale these include Coomurra Drive.

Invest and live here and you should always at least get your money back.Cheaper end of Salisbury Heights is the lower Main North Road end, but if that is your budget sat $250 to $350k then still a worthy investment. Higher up the hill, Nalara Place etc, prices increase generally starting at $450k upwards to $550k plus, Coomurra Drive $600k to 1.2 million.
