"Ultra convenient and vibrant suburb with well-serviced public transport."

It has everything- great schools, banks, gyms, cafés, good value eateries, chemists, doctors, dentists, newsagents, travel agents, supermarkets..etc within short walking distance. You feel very safe walking in evening to restaurants. Rents are also more affordable than nearby suburbs. Lived there when we were in our 20's before kids and loved it. Just renovated the apartment which had been rented out for over a decade. Our boy doing HsC next year will move in soon to save some travelling time.

"WE LOVE LIVING HERE"

AS A WORKING COUPLE IN OUR 50'S WE DON'T NEED THE LAWNS TO MOW ETC AND HIGH RISE LIVING SUITS US DOWN TO THE GROUND. WE LOVE THE SECURITY AND CONVENIENCE OF HIGH RISE AND THE IDEAL LOCATION OF ST LEONARDS TO THE CITY AND FREEWAYS NORTH AND SOUTH. OUR VISITORS LOVE TO WALK 4 MINUTES TO THE TRAIN STATION WHEN THEY VISIT AND BE IN THE CITY IN 15 TO 20 MUNITES RATHER THAN TAKE THEIR CAR. ITS A COMMERCIAL AREA BUT A FRIENDLY ONE AND WE SEE LOTS OF FRIENDLY FAMILIAR FACES EVERY TIME WE GO TO THE FORUM FOR LUINCH OR TO SHOP. OUR BUILDING HAS KIDS SO THE AREA HAS ALL AGE GROUPS AND DEMOGRAPHIC TYPES. WE LIVE AND WORK HERE AND WILL BE HAPPY TO STAY INDEFINITELY.

"Convenient city living on the north shore."

A busy suburban hub half way between the city centre and Chatswood. The Forum Tower is an excellent location to live if you don't mind high density living and the advantages that come with it. Large variation of apartment layouts, views and options to rent and buy. Forum Tower has an indoor heated pool, spa and gym along with a 6am - 10pm concierge and 24hr security.

The Forum Plaza has everything most people need for day to day life - Coles, BWS, florist, dry cleaner, newsagent, pharmacy, doctors clinic, fast food outlets including McDonalds & a couple nicer restaurants.
Gilroy's bar and restaurant is just across the road, with another tavern and a niteclub within 2min walking distance.

The Forum is located directly above the St Leonards train station, which is incorportated into the Forum Plaza. A busy bus stop is located just 50m away, on the Pacific Highway.

Overall, we enjoy our experience living in the Forum Tower. If you a city type that doesn't need a lawn to mow to be comfortable, the Forum tower is an option. A very convenient option managed well. Young families may not find the lack of open yard space appealling while childless couples, singles and retirees should find what they need.
Rent and purchase prices are in line with such a building, which may put the Forum Tower out of reach for some.

"A commercial hub with high density living"

St Leonards is situated about 5 kilometres to the north of the Sydney CBD. It is a large commercial centre in its own right, and is home to the headquarters of a number of large Australian companies.

The area has some very tall residential apartment towers. These are in a very convenient spot for those who work in St Leonards itself, and also for those who work in the city.

There are good transport links to the CBD, with frequent trains that will take you to the heart of the city.

There are a number of cafés and shops in the restaurant. However given the commercial feel to the place, you are probably best to head to some of the surrounding suburbs for a more relaxed and homely lifestyle.

"Historic Cemetery Here"

Gore Hill used to be the home of the ABC Television Studios, but the government owned broadcaster packed up and moved a few years ago. North Shore Hospital can be accessed from the Pacific Highway at Gore Hill, on which road also stands the historic Gore Hill Cemetery. Genealogists and historians can often be seen wandering through here, taking notes. On the opposite side of the highway are a series of apartment buildings, most built in the 1970s and which are looking a little shabby now. There is also a motel, which is often used by families of patients at the hospital. North Sydney College of TAFE is also at Gore Hill.

"North Shore Hospital"

St Leonards train station is one of the busiest in suburban Sydney, carrying workers from nearby high rise apartments, and staff and visitors to North Shore Hospital (public and private). This suburb has a lot of commercial buildings – office blocks, furniture showrooms, car showrooms. There are few freestanding private homes here these days.
