"Family friendly Yeerongpilly"

Yeerongpilly has two of the best state schools in Brisbane. Many parks and bike paths. Excellent public swimming pool complex and lots and lots of playgrounds and walkways. So much green space yet so close to the city and our great Southbank entertainment parklands in the city. Yeerongpilly has action spots with close proximity to the great State Tennis Centre, Brisbane Golf Club, and many sporting fields. Yeerongpilly also has access to peaceful long river walks away from noisy roads. Yeerongpilly has many food outlets from clubs to fast food chains. Best suburb in Brisbane. I've lived here since 1988.

Views to Tennyson Tennis Courts and Brisbane Golf Course. Close to Rocklea Markets and Ipswich motorway. Catch the train to the city is so easy. Gym available at TAFE which is located very close by. TAFE walking distance. Close to Yeronga RSL and local restaurants.

"A quiet and secluded place to live accomodates every lifestyle"

Tennyson is much loved by all locals, the reason why real estate for the dream is scarce. People tend to stay. No traffic!! It is linked by river cycle and walking tracks which feels like it taked you to places far beyond the city, yet you are only minutes away. Quiet and leafy, it is also within walking distance to the finest cafe and bakery in Brisbane. Within the excellent and well reknowned catchment zone for Graceville state school. A definite bonus if you have a young family. Also a short walk to riverside playgrounds. The Tennis centre is a world class venue and a great asset to this community and the organistaion works very closely to residents to ensure community input is upheld. We love living here and wouldnt consider living elsewhere in Brisbane.
