"Great location for commuting to the Sunshine Coast and City"

We purchased our 4 bedroom property in Joyner 5 years ago and have found it central for everything a young family could need. Only 30 mins drive to the CBD, 50 mins to the Sunshine Coast, surrounded by very good private (Genesis Christian College) and state (Albany Creek Primary and High) schools and only 30 mins drive to Mt Mee and Mt Glorious.
Property prices have seen steady growth over the last five years and surrounding subsurbs such as Strathpine and Chermside offer excellent shopping and leisure facilities.
Joyner also escaped the recent floods
