Cara is part of the Ray White Group and brings a fresh, young and vibrant atmosphere through her sparkling and vivacious personality. She was born and raised in the beautiful close community of Knysna in South Africa. Here she learnt the values of hard work, commitment and business dexterity. From this Cara has always maintained involvement in her society by association with her local Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary International Club and P&C.


After leaving school Cara completed a Diploma in Sales in Johannesburg and became a Licenced Real Estate Agent.


She returned back to her home town where she quickly became the sales manager for Holden’s motor group. After seven years an opportunity arose for Cara to buy a small, nearly bankrupt, Spar supermarket. Unafraid of a challenge, Cara, through her own business prowess, was able to restructure it back to a highly profitable company within 3 years. From this she was nominated for Business Woman of the Year in 2000.


She sold this company to finance her dream of owning her own real estate agency and together with her husband, Cara established a successful real estate company. Her husband was in charge of project management and Cara managed sales, marketing, finance and administration of the company. Immediately they obtained respect throughout the community for their professionalism and commitment to their clients. This was shown through the sale of over 400 properties in only a period of four years to both local and international buyers.


Regrettably the company had to be sold when her husband was offered a position to work in Australia. Even though a little hesitant at first, Cara, her husband and two beautiful daughters relocated to Albany Creek. Cara has fallen in love with Australia, the Aussie way of life, the attitude and lifestyle. With this new found enthusiasm she eagerly gained the requirements of getting her Queensland real estate licence.


With over 16 years experience Cara now has the opportunity to put all her business expertise to work. She is qualified in residential, commercial, business and strata sales. Cara is a strong negotiator who will be her clients advocate and will endeavour to achieve all of her clients needs. She is committed to helping you get the best possible price, with the most favourable terms, in the shortest period of time. Cara is very family orientated and understands the importance of finding your special home. With her experience, this can be achieved with limited stress for all concerned.


Cara was the receipient of the Alan White Award in 2010 and also The Significant Sales Award.
