About Me

Chris’s down to earth, straight to the point style has been helping the people of the northern suburbs to buy and sell real estate since April 1994.

Since starting with Ray White Bursmac in May 2001, Chris has enjoyed working with a wonderful company and wonderful staff all dedicated to providing the best service in real estate in the northern suburbs. Having lived in the northern suburbs for the past 25 years, Chris and Leanne and their two sons Myles & Joel love the north and certainly call it “Their Home”.

Real estate today is a far cry from the way it was conducted before the age of information we currently now enjoy. Technology is now a major part of many businesses and real estate is one of them. Chris realised this and implemented systems to help the buyers and sellers with their decisions.

Chris has the assistance of Jo Cooper, his Personal Assistant who takes control of the day to day running of his business, which allows Chris more time to concentrate on selling Real Estate.

"I Have Always Liked the "feel" of Karrinyup"

I have always admired the way the residents of Karrinyup take pride in their properties.
It gives the suburb that "cared for" feel. So much so I moved my family into the area.
Benefits are that you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes,
alternatively for me Karrinyup is only 10 minutes drive from a golf course too !
Quality Shopping at Karrinyup Shopping Centre a bonus !
An well established suburb with LOTS of renovated or new builds happening.
It would seem a lot of people agree - there is a lot to like about Karrinyup
