"Breathtakingly Beautiful"

Boat Harbour is without a doubt the best beach in tasmania, with white sand and crystal clear water you can really see why. It was once voted in the top 10 beaches in australia on the very popular television show, Getaway. Growing up im burnie myself i spent alot of my childhood going to boat harbour during the summertime with my friends. I recommend to anyone if they get a chance to go there and see for yourself and you will fall in love with this place as i did.

"Northern Tassie, The better half"

Out of the two if i had to chose between the norther or the southern area of Tassie it would be northern hands down, every time. Filled with great beaches and lovely national parks it is a really a beautiful place, Although it is not where the capital is, it still is the location of the three next biggest cities in Tasmania in Launceston, Devonport and Burnie. So out of the the 4 biggest cities in Tasmania the northern side holds three of them. So don't just take my word for come see for yourself how beautiful the northern side of Tasmania is. I reccomend it to anyone.

"Holyman Drive, great street with beautiful houses"

Holyman Drive is a top of the range street when it comes to Prospect Vale. Situated just off mount Leslie Road it is private yet it isn't to far away from the Prospect Vale shopping center. If your lucky enough to find a property for sale in that street i suggest you pounce on it.

"Burnie, the city by the sea"

Before i moved to launceston to start my career with ray white launceston. I grew up in this great town and let me tell you i would not have it any other way. Having the luxury of being a minute away from the beach was a delight for me and my friends. Lately burnie is starting to make some good changes aswell with a bunnings on its way, plenty more food places for people to experience the this great little city by the sea is getting better and better. I love to get back there any chance i get and will continue to do so. I recommend this place to anyone.

philf1 I second this. Burnie does have its industrial past and yes that does show along parts of the city's coastline and beaches. But the upside is that Burnie City Council has invested so much in beautifying the beachfront and turning it into an actual desirable place to spend time! Greenery, trees, art installations, cafe's, and a new walkway along the beach itself has added so much to the city. The town center also seems busier these days which is probably due to jobs starting to come back and the economy strengthening. There are some great schools in the area and a very peaceful, quiet pace of life here. A great spot.

"Prospect Vale, STUNNING"

When you get to Launceston and think i would love to head to the Launceston Casino for a look, well that is just one of many reasons that Prospect Vale is i believe the nicest suburb in Launceston. Its also is surounded by beautiful houses and great facilities like supermarkets, shops and much much more. It is only a 5 minute drive from town. Prospect Vale is a place that you will fall in love with from the word go.

"Summerhill, Fast becoming popular"

Summerhill is becoming the place to be for buyers, with great views you can really see why. It really does have everything one needs to get by. With the Summerdale Primary School and St Patriks Highschool in the area the locals will not have to worry about sending theirs kids too far away to go to school. Summerhill is situated between the beautiful West Launceston, which is knocking on the the door of the center part of the city, and Prospect Vale which i personally believe to be the nicest area in Launceston so as you can Summerhill has its advantages. You will not regret living in the great area. As an agent myself living in the area i have enjoyed every minute of it and love the business i get of helping people become a local in moving to this lovely area.

"A nice friendly street with great views"

Living in Rene Road myself along with my partner i honestly have had nothing but great experiences so far the neighbors are nice, it is close to shops, chemists, schools ect. If it is a nice quiet place you desire to live in then here it is. I also work in the area and as a real estate agent i have found it to be quite pleasant.
