David has been in the real estate industry since May 2007 having being accepted into the LJ Hooker’s “Future Champions” program. The program is unique in the real estate industry and provides advanced training and personal development over a 2 year period. The program accepts only 4% of all applicants and focuses on selecting only the industries future high achievers. At the end of the two year program David was placed in the number 1 position in Australia with the amount of Gross Commission that he had achieved for his office.
After 12 months with LJ Hooker Albany Creek, David was invited to become a member of LJ Hooker Captain’s Club- an exclusive club for the top achievers- only 15% of all of the LJ Hooker family qualify for this level. By the end of his second year David had reached the Multi Million Dollar Chapter of The Captain’s Club which took him into the top 7% of the LJ Hooker network. Membership is results based and is calculated by the amount of commission achieved for the office.
In 2013 however, David brought his vast experience and accolades through to the Ray White Group of offices and was delighted to join such a high profile, family run company.
David says the things he likes most about his position at Ray White is working with people on the Northside of Brisbane, an area he knows really well and believes his personal success is due to his no nonsense approach.
