"RIght in the centre of Wishart Outlook!"

Possibly one of the quietest streets for traffic in the Wishart outlook estate. A nice leafy street, within an easy walk to the bus stop and the local park. Filled with quality brick homes on large lots and well kept gardens.

"Ideal family location!"

What a great street, its a no through road, so no traffic, has a fabulous park with kids play equipment and heaps of room for soccer and cricket, where the locals play on Sundays. It is also in the Mansfield High School catchment area. I have recently listed a home for sale in this street and found the neighbours to be very friendly, would highly recommend this street.

""Wishart Outlook Estate" - A Unique Estate!"

Known locally as “WISHART OUTLOOK” estate and part of Eight Mile Plains, very centrally located within easy access of all the major arterials: Gateway, Gold Coast, City and Ipswich Motorways. As the local Ray White Agent I constantly have people wanting to upsize and downsize in the Estate, no one wants to leave!! This unique estate boasts five children’s parks located within the estate, and a separate dog walking park located on the Holmead road entrance. Locals are spoilt by a walking/bicycle path encompassing the whole estate and connected by three footbridges over the Bulimba creek into Wishart and beyond.
The Hub of “Wishart Outlook” Estate is “The Outlook” shopping centre located on Holmead Road, featuring a SPAR supermarket, Hairdresser, Beauty Salon, and a Bakery as well as two Childcare Centres owned and operated by locals.
Park and Ride is available at the Eight Mile Plains Busway conveniently located at the end of Holmead road, or a myriad of bus stops dotted along Nardie St and Holmead Roads.
Neighbourhood Watch is active in the estate and holds regular meetings, the Watch also hosts a well attended Carols by Candlelight in November each year, a great way to meet the locals.

"Great neighbours, quiet location!"

I have lived in Goorari Street for 13 years, full of great neighbours. It is one of those streets where everyone knows one another, takes the mail in and puts the bins out when you are on holidays, and keeps an eye on things. It is just a short stroll to the bus and the huge Maisie Dixon Parklands where there are plenty of attractions, like kids playground, basketball half court and exercise equipment.
