About Me

Recruited by Ray White Commercial (Queensland) to its industrial division, Graham was formerly heading Savills Industrial Division in Queensland. Graham has been directly involved in some of Brisbane's industrial markets' most significant leases and sales over the last two decades.

Graham has established strong and trusted relationships with many levels of industrial owners, institutions, developers and investors during his time in the Queensland market, many of whom rely on his informative insight into the market and trends.

A brief summary of Graham's successful negotiations are as follows:

Viking Drive, Wacol - Secured Nissan to a newly completed Dexus facility at Wacol. Nissan had already signed a HOA through another agency when Graham intervened and introduced the requirement to kick start the Estate.

Metroplex Avenue, Murarrie - Appointed by Fisher Paykel to sell the Queensland manufacturing facility and sublease the distribution centre at Murarrie. Both transactions were successfully concluded. A $23M sale of the head facility and a lease to Farragher Transport of the 9,000m2 warehouse.

Freight Street, Lytton - Appointed by Kmart to identify and secure a suitable site for their new 55,000m2 DC. After an exhaustive search he identified and sold the site to the then Kmart preferred developer for $29M and negotiated the $6M p.a. pre-lease. Subsequently he was appointed by Bunnings to conduct the same exercise and introduced Bunnings to the site of POBC which they have now agreed terms for a 35,000m2 DC.

Colmslie Road, Morningside - Successfully disposed of the Sugar Terminal site at Morningside for $38M through an international campaign. During the settlement phase the original buyer was indicating signs of non-performance. With the intervention of Graham and the approval of both parties the under bidder from the first round successfully concluded the Contract.
